Google mining web

Google is out with their yet another tool known as Google Web Accelerator.

"Google Web Accelerator is an application that uses the power of Google's global computer network to make web pages load faster. Google Web Accelerator is easy to use; all you have to do is download and install it, and from then on many web pages will automatically load faster than before." says google.

After the installation all web access happends via google data server ( with some exception to secured connections) and probably caching in all your web activities(see privacy note).

I tried installing it on my machine with Mozilla but could not see the icons on the browser tool bar...its in beta says the google....Lets wait and watch the response from the the geeks if they scream again for subpoena

I think this is a neat product that leverages the caches that Google already has all around the world. I like how they left it relatively anonymous (there's no integration with Google Accounts). We'll see how much time I save... I'm browsing around now just to see the speedometer go and check out how many seconds I'm saving - or wasting by doing pointless browsing haha!
