Camera phones aid doctors

Just few days back we were mulling over the feature wish-list within the mobile phones, and all sorts of idea popped around like a blood pressure, temprature measurement, which when user holds his phone for certain duration, can transmit the data to his/her doctor and can get some prescription. Think of a device which can capture your body internal dynamics and generate a report at the Doctor's server.....;;) .

Here I found a practical approach to one such wish..hope all that grinned listening those not-so-bad ideas may like reading the story..

Researchers in Switzerland reported Monday the devices could be used to help diagnose and suggest treatment for some serious wounds in patients in remote locations far removed from a physician... read complete story here
